| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2006 has decided following matters:
1. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 14 Crores to Rs 20 Crores and Alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Association accordingly.
2. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company relating to postal Ballot.
The Company decided to obtain members approval for the above matters through Postal Ballot Process. |
