| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2017 18:59:03 | | Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs. 2.40/- (120%) per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial year 2016-17 on enhanced Equity Share Capital post Bonus Issue, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board had earlier declared and paid interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2016-17. |
