Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the copy of Notice of Postal Ballot dated 21.09.2017 which has been dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in compliance with the provisions of Section 110 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as on 17th November, 2017 to seek consent of the members for the resolutions as mentioned in the aforesaid notice.
In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 & 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing e-voting facility to all the shareholders of the Company which begins on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 9:00 am and ends on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm, during which shareholders may cast their votes electronically.
