| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:
1. Change in the Directorship of the Company.
2. Extension of the Accounting Year from 12 months to 18 months (from April 01, 2008 to September 30, 2009) subject to the approval from Registrar of Companies. In case the approval is not received the accounting year will be extended upto June 30, 2009 instead of September 30, 2009.
3. The review of the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell (CDR) proposal under the consideration of Bankers and the registration of the Company with CDR Cell intimated vide letter dated June 11, 2009 have been taken on record. |
