| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2017 16:01:50 | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 04, 2017, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the above said purpose for all the Directors/ Designated employees of the Company from January 27, 2017 up to February 06, 2017.
Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window. |
