Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has informed BSE that a next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to transact following businesses:-

- To consider and to take on record the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 in the terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the Company will remain closed from October 30, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
