Goa Carbon Ltd has also informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at the same meeting have declared and approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (at the rate of 50%) for the financial year 2017-18. Interim Dividend shall be paid / dispatched on or before 2nd February, 2018.
