| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhagyanagar India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per Bhagyanagar India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from May 16, 2016 to May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial/Quarter ended on March 31, 2016. |
