| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Mahesh Jani, the Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the Company w.e.f. January 31, 2013 and accordingly he also cease to be Compliance Officer of the Company from that date.
In order to comply with the Listing Agreement and fill the casual vacancy of Compliance Officer so created, the Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 14, 2013 has designated Mr. Mitesh Manek as the Compliance Officer of the Company under the Listing Agreement with immediate effect i.e. February 14, 2013. |
