Financial Year 2017-18 and the relaxation provided by the SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016 extending the timeline for submitting the financial results by one month i.e. upto September 14, 2017, we hereby intimate that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
Further please note that Trading Window shall remain closed from 5th September, 2017, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
