| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/09/2016 13:09:01 | Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on October 01, 2016, to consider the proposal to issue Non-Cumulative Preference Shares on Private Placement basis, and if approved, to obtain approval of the Shareholders through Postal Ballot.
In view of the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from September 26, 2016 to October 03, 2016 and all the Directors/Designated Employees/Auditors of the Company shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the period when trading window is closed. |
