However due to absence of quorum the meeting in now adjourned to the same time and place in the next week i.e. September 14, 2015 at 4:00 pm in terms of provisions of Articles of Association and the Companies Act, 2013
Further note that if at the adjourned meeting also no quorum is present within half an hour from the time appointed for holding the meeting, the members present shall be the quorum. |
