As decided by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 19th 2017 with regard to the investment in Yepme UK Limited. The same was communicated to your esteemed office on the said date. We now wish to update further on the said decision of the Board.
Our Company Gokaldas Exports Limited has invested GBP 750008 (INR 626.56 lakhs) by transferring the same to the Yepme UK Limited on 8th June, 2017.
