The Company has fixed September 22, 2017 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of the members, to cast their vote (electronically or physically) on the all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting and for the payment of dividend. The Company would be availing e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). |
