V. Prasad. Thereby it was concluded that the independence of Mr. V. V. Prasad is not affected and he qualifies to be an Independent Director as per Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16(1)(b) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Therefore, he continues to be an independent director of the Company with no change in his designation. Mr. V. V. Prasad also confirmed that he qualifies as an Independent Director. |
