- Consideration and approval the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the “Trading window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees, directors and officers of the Company from November 02, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
