| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2016 18:24:12 | Shalimar Productions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from November 04, 2016 and would open on November 16, 2016, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public. |
