inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors and designated employees of the Company with effect from May 21, 2014 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. from May 21, 2014 to May 29, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
