Further please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2017 to July 28, 2017 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2016-2017, to be held on July 28, 2017.
