| Exchange Disseminated Time | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2014, has decided to raise long term funds by way of issue of securities on Rights Issue basis, Preferential Allotment basis, Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) basis or such other form as may be permissible under law for an amount upto Rs. 500 Crores.
The Board has also decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on June 30, 2014 to consider and approve raising of the funds by issue of the above said securities. |
