| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2009, inter alia, has granted 10500 Stock Options under the Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 (SFESOS) to its eligible employees. The option entitle them to acquire equal number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust. The options can be exercised any time during June 01, 2010 to August 31, 2010 at an exercise price of Rs 10/- per share. |
