| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Mr. L G Ramamurthi has resigned his position as Executive Chairman with effect from March 31, 2008 and has been made the Chairman Emeritus of the Company. He continues as a Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Vidyaprakash D, an existing Director has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company and his appointment shall take effect from April 01, 2008.
3. Mrs. S Jeyaraman, Director of the Company and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, has resigned from his Directorship and membership of both the Committees with effect from April 16, 2008.
4. The Audit and the Remuneration Committees of the Company continue to be in compliance with the requirements of the Listing Agreement despite the resignation of Mr. S Jeyaraman. |
