Further, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company by designated persons of the Company and their relatives, shall remain closed from August 2, 2017 to August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
