| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/01/2016 16:27:14 | Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2016 has approved allotment of total 52,004 equity shares consisting of 17,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 33,004 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 1,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share, under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,423,922 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,423,922 to 320,475,926 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,475,926/-. |
