| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/02/2016 18:11:11 | Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, has authorised the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company to determine the materiality of events/ information as per the requirements of Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, Mr. S K Mishra, Company Secretary is authorised to make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in this regard.
Further, the Board, in aforesaid meeting also noted that ICRA has upgraded the credit rating of Company's Line of Credit (LOC) as given below:
1. [ICRA]BBB+ (pronounced ICRA triple B plus) from [ICRA]BBB (pronounced ICRA triple B) for long-term LOC.
2. [ICRA]A2+ (pronounced ICRA A two plus) from [ICRA]A2 (pronounced ICRA A two) for short-term LOC. |
