| Exchange Disseminated Time | Olympic Oil Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter viz. April 01, 2015 to June 30, 2015 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all directors, officers and employees of the Company will be closed from August 03, 2015 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. |
