| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2017 16:56:19 | Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016; and
2. Raising of funds through issue of non-convertible debentures or through any other mode.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 28, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive), in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors Scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017. The trading window shall open from February 06, 2017 being a working day. |
