| Exchange Disseminated Time | Allied Digital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audi Balance Sheet as at Mach 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend of Rs. 50 paise per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Shrikant Parikh & Mr. Shailesh Vaidya as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment M/s. K. M. Kapadia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
