July 31, 2016. Accordingly, he will cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 31, 2016.
The Board of Directors at its Board meeting held on July 29, 2016, has appointed Mr. Bharat Sanghavi, as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2016. Further, pursuant to Regulation 6 of the LODR, he also has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company. |
