| Exchange Disseminated Time | Greycells Education Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Farhad Wadia as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Appoint Mr. Abbas Patel and Dr. Anil Naik as an Independent Director(s) of the Company for a period of five consecutive years subject to the approval of members at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. Enhance the limit of borrowing under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 subject to the approval of members at ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
