"In reference to the Open Offer of RattanIndia Infrastructure Limited ("Target Company"), for which we are using the OTB platform of BSE Limited.
This is to intimate you that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has vide its order dated July 3, 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 5675/ 2017 in the matter of Laurel Energetics Private Limited Vs. Securities Exchange Board of India has passed an order that the Open Offer of RattanIndia Infrastructure Limited should not be processed any further until the matter is disposed of finally. As per the order, the matter is placed for final disposal on July 12, 2017.
In view of the above, we, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Manager to the Open Offer of RattanIndia Infrastructure Limited, would therefore request you to please take the same on record and accordingly, stay the process of tendering of shares on the OTB platform until the hon'ble supreme court passes any further direction/order." |
