| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2014 (Q2).
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2014.
Further, as per “Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” the trading window of the Company will be closed between September 23, 2014 to October 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for publication of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2014. The same is being informed to the Directors, persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated employees of the Company. |
