- To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all directors / officers and designated employees of the Company for the purpose of approval of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2015.
The trading window will be re-opened from November 13, 2015. |
