| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated June 30, 2009, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2009, Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has informed now submitted to BSE a Revised financial results for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2009.
In earlier submitted Result, there was some mistake in the Point No. 19 i.e. Segment-wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed, whereas in clause B Segment Results the figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. The said error stands rectified in the attached results statement. |
