| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 10, 2015, Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has now informed BSE that the words "Additional Director" in appointment of Mrs. Suman Khurana were erroneously typed as "Independent Director" in point no. 1 of the Outcome of the Board Meeting held on February 10, 2015 and submitted to the Stock Exchange thereafter.
Thus the revised Point no. (1) of the Outcome of the Board Meeting stands corrected and is to be read as follows:
2. Appointment of Mrs. Suman Khurana as an Additional Director of the Company;
Further the Company has informed that, the rest of the matters forming part of the Outcome as submitted to the Stock Exchange on February 10, 2015 remain unchanged. |
