This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th February, 2018, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31th December, 2017.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Share of the company for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed with effect from 06th February, 2018 and will reopen after 48 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results.
