| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Rajender Mohan Malla, recently retired from the post of CMD, IDBI has been appointed as ‘Managing Director & CEO’ of PTC India Financial Services Ltd. (PFS), for a period of 5 years or date of superannuation (currently 62 years) whichever occurs earlier w.e.f. the date of his joining.
On joining of Shri Malla as MD & CEO of PFS, Shri S. N. Goel, the existing MD & CEO [who is Director, Marketing & Operations of PTC, the holding Company of PFS] will cease to be the MD & CEO of PFS.
The date of change of MD & CEO shall be informed separately. |
