02:30 PM at Dr. S R KVS Auditorium (Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Auditorium), Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, APS Colony, Gurgaon Road Delhi Cantt, New Delhi- 110010. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 15th September 2017 (Friday) to 25th September 2017 (Monday) (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for FY 2016-17. The dividend @30% (i.e. Three rupees per equity share at a share of Rs. 10/- each) for FY 2016-17 as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared, at the AGM will be paid to those Members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on closing hours of 14th September 2017 (Thursday). |
