| Exchange Disseminated Time | Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2013.
The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the 29th Annual General Meeting, shall be paid to the Shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration which is October 29, 2013. |
