| Exchange Disseminated Time | Adinath Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed July 10, 2015 as the cut-off date for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the Members of the Company in respect of the business to be transacted at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015 at 3.30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at Ludhiana.
The Company shall, accordingly, send the communication for E-voting / Notice of AGM / Annual Reports to the members, whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members as on July 10, 2015. |
