Post acquisition of shares by Wellington Management, the Shareholding in the Company is 7.51% of the total paid-up capital of the Company. We further wish to inform that there has been no increase in the shareholding of the Foreign Portfolio Investors in the Company due to aforesaid purchase of shares.
