Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2014 to August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading from August 04, 2014. |
