1. To consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
2. To consider, approve and declare interim dividend for the Financial Year 2017-2018.
As intimated earlier, the Trading window of the Company will continue to remain closed for Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, from September 29, 2017 to October 29, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
