| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/08/2016 12:26:35 | RR Financial Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider and adopt the unaudited Financial Results (with limited review report) for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, that pursuant to code of conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 06, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of quarter ended unaudited financial results by the company to the Stock exchange.
It means that the designated persons of the company shall not trade in the securities of the company during the above said period. |
