| Exchange Disseminated Time | Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended dividend @ 5% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
2. Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 27, 2007.
Further the Company has informed that, in the same meeting the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rathi Binod Pal, Director of the Company and to appoint Mr. Shiv Kumar Mittal as Additional Director of Company. |
