| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of members of the Company will be held on February 25, 2008, inter alia, to sub-divided the existing 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lacs) equity shares of Rs 10/- each into 2,40,00,000 (Two Crores Forty Lacs) equity shares of Rs 5/- each and consequential amendment in the Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
Further the Company has inform that the sub-division of the equity shares of the Company, the 73,49,308 (Seventy Three Lacs Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eight) Issued, Subscribed, Called-up and Paid up equity shares of the thee value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) each, shall stand sub-divided into 1,46,98,616 (One Crore Forty Six Lacs Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen Only) equity shares of the face value of Rs 5/- (Rupees Five) each, subject to necessary provision and approvals. |
