This is in continuation to our letter dated 29th September, 2017 in which the results of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) were sent as per the requirement of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are now enclosing herewith the revised voting results of the 16th Annual General Meeting'along with the Scrutinizer Report.
We are revising the 'Public Others' e-voting figures as due to some clerical mistake the Total e-voting figures were printed instead of 'Public-others' e-voting figures and hence there is a slight change in the percentage of results under 'Public -others'.However, the final outcome of the AGM remains unchanged and all the resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
You are requested to kindly take the same on your record.
