| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/06/2016 17:16:49 | Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that the present shareholding of Shailaja Finance Limited (SFL) and Sapphire Intrex Limited (SIL) in the Company are as follows:
Shailaja Finance Limited - 11491087 (8.64%)
Sapphire Intrex Limited - 33888011 (25.47%)
SIL has merged with SFL pursuant to Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the High Court of Kolkata vide Order dated April 07, 2016. Pursuant the said order, all the assets and liabilities, licences, permission, approvals or consents held by SIL, are to be vested in SFL. Upon filing the Court Order with the Register of Companies, Kolkata on May 27, 2016, SIL got dissolved without winding up. Consequent to above, equity shares aggregating to 25.47% of the paid up equity capital of the Company held by SIL are to be transferred and vested in SFL. With transfer of these shares, SFL, shareholding in the Company would increase to 34.11% of the paid up equity capital of the Company. |
