1. To consider and approve Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017.
2. To consider and approve Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
3. To consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2017 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Closure of Trading Window
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from May 23, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. |
