| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Ordinary Resolution by way of Postal Ballot.
- Ordinary Resolution under Section 293 (1) (d) and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 for authority of borrowing powers to the Board.
The duly completed Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the close of normal working hours on April 16, 2012. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of Scrutiny and the result of voting through Postal Ballot will be declared by the Chairman of the Company on April 20, 2012 at 12.00 noon at the registered office of the Company situated at 87/88, Mittal Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbal 400 021..
